Please note that for cancelled orders, it may take 3-5 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing speed.
If your request reaches us after the 12-hour window or after the package has been handed over to carriers like USPS or UPS, we can no longer intercept the shipment. In this scenario, the order must be treated as a standard return.

The accuracy of your shipping address is paramount. If an order is shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer and is not intercepted within the 12-hour window, Urbanmanstyle cannot be held responsible for the lost package. However, if the package is returned to our facility at 697 Corsica Ave, we will gladly re-ship it to your corrected address, though a re-shipping fee may apply.
