If your order is lost in the logistical network and the Order Tracking shows no delivery, we will issue a full refund or reship your order after a brief carrier investigation.

At Urbanmanstyle, we believe you should never be penalized for a return. We are proud to offer Free Return Shipping. Upon approval of your request, we will provide a prepaid shipping label via email. You will not have to pay any out-of-pocket expenses to return the product to our facility.
Furthermore, we find restocking fees to be contrary to the spirit of hospitality. Your refund will reflect the full purchase price of the returned item—0% restocking fees, 100% transparency.
Financial Processing

Once your return package arrives at our Delaware warehouse, our quality control team will inspect the item within 48 business hours. Upon approval, your refund is triggered immediately.
The funds will be returned to your Original Method of Payment. While banks vary in their processing speeds, our commitment is that the transaction will be completed on our end, and you will see the credit within 5 business days.
